Shipping
1. Your order will be despatched within 48 hours after your payment is received. We will deliver your order by UPS,
EMS, DHL,TNT, FedEx. And it normally will arrive within 5~7 working days
2. The tracking No. of your Parcel will be sent to you after your order is despatched. You may use the tracking number
to check the status of your order online.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. 15% cancellation fee applies. All of the orders are
dispatched within 48 hrs from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
Returns
To return your items, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further
instructions. All items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the products. Please ensure that the products
are in the original conditions and contain all the packaging & labels. Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges
to return. We will not be responsible for any lose in transit.
